After social, political sciences and law studies, Laurent HINCKER first worked in a consulting agency that specialized in social sciences and before working in a Bank. After being registered in the Strasbourg Bar in 1971, he became an associate in a Business Law firm before deciding to open his own Law Firm in 1995. Currently, Laurent Hincker is the top manager of the Law Firm Hincker & Associates. He is specialized in Family Law, Human rights, European Law and Criminal Law. Renowned for his missions as an expert in Human rights, he is now recognized for his skills in this area and has pleaded many emblematic cases before the European Court of Human Rights.
His multi-disciplinary abilities enable him to contextualize beyond the strict legal problem with social expertise. He is also recognized as a specialist in psychological violence and psychological harassment in the enterprise and within the family sphere. As a Family Mediator under State diploma, he is qualified as a professional before the courts.
Laurent HINKER, a Professor of university since 2007, is an Attorney at law before the Hague International Criminal Court. He is also a Rechtsbeistand für Französisches und E. G., a lawyer title in Germany.
